domestic shipping:

standard shipping: there is a flat fee of $8.00 for tracked shipping, through Australia Post.

your order will be packed within 3 working days, and have a delivery estimate of 3-4 working days. you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, when your package ships.

please note Western Australia and Tasmania may take longer.delivery times will change at peak times of year - Christmas and Easter.

please note smoosh skin is not responsible for items lost or undelivered while in transit. if this is a concern please email smooshskin@gmail.com before you order as we can help organise insuring your package. insurance through Australia Post will incur an additional fee. lost or undelivered items will not be replaced or refunded.

if your smoosh products are damaged or faulty on arrival please take a photo and email us within 7 days so we can organise a replacement for you. please quote your order number in your email.
